About Mariam

I am a pet-sitter and Veterinary Medicine student, but more importantly - the best head-scratcher in Perth.

I've grown up with animals my whole life and have so much love for them. I have a huge amount of experience looking after pets- I worked at the Dog's refuge home, Cat haven and the Animal Protection Society for several years, caring for dozens of cats and dogs at a time and keeping them as happy and healthy as possible.

I've also interned at 2 vet clinics for 2 years each and at my current vet clinic for the past 3 years. I've owned pets, raised them, looked after them for other people, and know that no one knows and loves their animal as much as their owner.

I put communication with the pet-owner as my highest priority and always work to give your animal the care you're most comfortable with.

Services:

Home visits:
I'm very happy to to visit your cat or dog at their home and ensure they have everything they need, including food, water, medication, clean litter-trays and outdoor areas, and of course play with them to make sure that they are happy, healthy and stimulated while you are away.

Dog-walking:
I can swing by and take your dog for an hour-walk and to a park for play if you would like. I'd love to know if there is a place that your dog loves and would feel most comfortable and happy in, where they can socialise and run freely.

Day-care:
I can come over to yours and spend as many hours as you would like with your pet, allowing them to receive all my attention and care. I can feed them, play with them, give them their meds, clean their toileting area and take them for walks

I have a driver's license and current police clearance.

Travel charge of $5 if owner’s house is 20 minutes or farther from sitter’s.
