For me, choosing to be a pet sitter is about merging my deep love for animals with a career that's not only flexible but also incredibly rewarding. I myself have two dogs back home, 11 year golden retriever, and a 6 month indie adopted. I have done several volunteering with giving stray dogs food and shelter. I am an international student doing my masters at UQ looking for an opportunity to take care of any pets. It's the joy of providing care, attention, and companionship to pets when their owners are away that truly resonates with me. Building strong connections with these furry companions and ensuring their well-being brings a profound sense of fulfillment. There is a park nearby where I live, where plenty of other dogs play in the evening time where I think the dogs will enjoy the most, and my building is very safe and is fully fenced.
The dynamic nature of the work, interacting with different breeds, and the chance to turn my passion into a purpose make pet sitting a personally enriching journey....
