About Poppy
Hey! We are a family of three.. I'm Poppy- I'm a midwife and support worker, but manage my diary myself so can be flexible. I’m also a mum to a very loving two year old so I'm used to being active when needed. When I’m at work my partner Kristian works from home as a graphic designer so we are always able to be home if needed.
I have experience caring for my own dog, and more recently cared for others during house sits and long term caring opportunities, which I love! I'm physically fit and able, love going on my bike and for long walks at the beach. I'd also be confident on the bike if a dog were able to run alongside if needing a longer run.
Our family would love a dog of our own, however it just isn't the right time for us. We love having dogs stay with us and our house is a good size with an outside lawn area, and lots of walkways nearby. We have experience with Staffordshire bull terriers, golden retrievers, pugs, cavapoo’s and Yorkshire terriers. We just love dogs and would make your dog feel like part of the family.

Poppy made sure Otis felt he was apart of the family and we couldn’t have asked for anymore. As an Elderly dog we were worried about finding the right person, but he came home so happy and the updates we got were amazing. Would absolutely recommend and would 1000% use Poppy again.
