Growing up in the Philippines, I had the privilege of caring for several adopted dogs that became cherished members of our family. From a young age, I took on the responsibility of nurturing and tending to their needs, fostering a deep bond with each furry companion. As our family expanded with more rescued dogs, so did my passion for animal welfare.

At just 17, I embraced a volunteer role in our community, guiding local veterinary students in providing free vaccinations and deworming for neighborhood pets. Witnessing the joy on both the owners' and pets' faces fueled my dedication to serving the community and advocating for animal health.

Now, residing in a new country, I often find solace in virtual visits with my beloved furbabies back home. However, the longing to care for animals persists, driving me to seek opportunities to connect with fellow pet owners in my new community.
