From the very beginning Celine was very clear and concise asking what our requirements are and routine is.
It was the first time we used madpaws for our 5 month old groodle and she was very reassuring and understood what was needed for a puppy.
Celine regularly kept us updated with photos and how our puppy was getting on during her overnight stay.
