Hey there, dog lovers! I'm a passionate PhD student at UQ with a heart that beats for all things furry 🐶. I lived with an awesome bull Arab staffy mix for a year, and our place was always buzzing with energy and cuddles. Since my flatmate and the pooch moved out, the house feels a bit quiet, and I seriously miss having a dog around.

I've always been the one my friends turned to when they need someone to look after their pets while they're away. It's something I absolutely love doing. Whether it's spending the day playing or just chilling together, I'm all about it. Since moving to Australia from Germany for my PhD, I've fallen head over heels for the local parks and open spaces – they're just perfect for a dog's day out.

My work setup is pretty flexible; I can either work from home or bring a furry friend along to the office. It's pretty sweet. At home, I've got heaps of space for a pet to roam around and relax, and I make sure it's all secure so there's no worries about safety. And with the parks nearby, there's always a chance for an adventure outside.

Besides hanging out with dogs, I'm big on nature and love getting out for a hike or hitting the road on my bike. Being spontaneous, I'm always up for something new, and having a cute 🐶 companion for those activities or just an evening walk would be epic....
