Taimoor has been a pivotal part of the Mad Paws team for over seven years, and is focused on one thing: ensuring pet owners and pet sitters not only have a smooth experience on the platform but get super fast, helpful support when they need it!
As one of the leadership team members, Taimoor is a problem solver at heart and a firm believer that the best outcomes stem from testing, learning and listening.
While he doesn’t have any pets of his own, he loves being the resident ‘treat dealer’ for the doggos who visit the office!
When he’s not engrossed in customer experience enhancements on the Mad Paws platform, he’s enjoys sharing his knowledge as guest speaker at industry workshops & seminars. And outside of work, he spends time with his family and will sniff out any opportunity to take his beloved motorbike for a ride (including on his commute to work) 🏍️

| What’s the most wholesome thing that’s happened at work? |
| No one memory, but there’s is a great buzz in the office with a bunch of dogs who come in and very regularly voice their opinions during the day! |

No pet at the moment but have fond memories of my last pet, Billu (a rescue ginger cat) who’s now crossed the rainbow bridge 🌈

| We all know our pets well, but we shouldn’t let our guard down. If you are walking your dog in a busy street, visiting a new dog park, kids playing with your pets etc., keep your wits about you and approach the situation with commonsense and cautions. Humans and animals can be an unpredictable mix. |
