Furthermore, as per our Terms & Conditions, taking payments off the Mad Paws platform will result in your Mad Paws profile being suspended. Pending an investigation, your profile may also be permanently removed.

If a Pet Owner ever suggests a cash payment, make like Nancy Reagan and just say “No”. If they’re still unsure, simply remind them of the benefits of paying online:

In short, protect your profile while also helping us to build a safe environment for Pet Sitters and Owners. If a Pet Owner offers you direct payments, just say “No”.
